5 ½-room attic apartment (built in 2008) with winter garden, terrace, cellar and two parking spaces in garage
Originally planned as a 6½ room apartment, we opted for 5½ spacious rooms. The noble red-brown parquet floor is extremely robust, oiled Doussia wood is the counterpart to the brightness, which illuminates all rooms with natural daylight through room-high windows and round roof hatches, even in gloomy weather, and conveys a touch of warmth and luxury. The apartment is functional and easy to keep clean, for example, with tiled flooring in the entrance, with direct exit into the winter garden. The entrance also has numerous built-in wardrobes.
The orientation of your apartment regarding sunlight is perfect. The sunrise will tickle you on awakening in the bedroom. From the living room / kitchen and terrace you can watch the most beautiful sunset after a full day of sunshine. Even in midsummer it is not a problem to maintain a comfortable temperature in the apartment, with awnings outside the winter garden and slat blinds in the kitchen and of course all the other rooms, too.
While on the lower floors there are offices and a 24-hour emergency clinic for small pets, there are two apartments on the attic floor. They are completely separated and perfectly soundproof. This gives you the feeling of living in a detached house above the roofs of Bösch. The apartment is easily accessible from the garage.
Living indoors and outdoors:
In the cold season, it is cosy and warm living in the 180 m2 apartment. In the transitional period you can enjoy the sun warmed 35 m2 winter garden. It is also the hub in the summer. The white tile floor acts as an extension of the living room all the way to the pot plants on the terrace.
The approximately 320 m2 of usable and additional 250 m2 of non-accessible, extensively planted terrace on the one hand gives one the feeling of freedom and space, but also leaves plenty of room for play, enjoyment or the realization of your own garden ideas. Here you an be a great host and grill master! A wooden wall protects against insight and wind, but also conveys a feeling of cosiness. Integrated dimmable lighting makes it enjoyable in all seasons, especially in the evening.
For dog owners it is possible to take over the dog kennel and possibly the run-out.
Garden tools, utensils and the grill can be stowed in the generous tool shed.
From the rooms and the terrace you can enjoy beautiful view of the hills, the Central Swiss mountains, especially Rigi and Pilatus mountain range, or the forest and the fields or cows of the neighboring farms. From the terrace you can also see the lake of Zug and the Zugerberg.
The direct neighboring house is the International School of Zug and Lucerne. The top floor is not used very much and the school is closed in the evening and on weekends. The other neighboring houses, which are mostly office space, are relatively far away. Their penthouses face the other side.
Privacy is thus guaranteed, in addition, the design of the terrace supports this feeling of "being on our own".
